There is no one best paint. There's literally dozens of paints that are the "best".

marbs are really good
same with x balls series
and chronic is my personal fav.

Anything that's brittle, has a good bore match to your barrel, and doesn't chop a lot. Its all preference. I like Marbilizers for tournies but otherwise I just use Diablo and Draxxus. Those are my favorite brands.
