^^^ tippys dont be such a kill joy, he not real advertising it's not like you have to pay its just a vid.(although he does have swearing in his username, that could get you banned just as easily)
and mike--cool i hope theres more of those to come.

i UNDERSTAND that it is HIS site...what I'm saying is that it's not like he's advertising another FORUM. He's just posting a VIDEO..granted it's on HIS site, and he's pushing a video on HIS site, and it directly links u to HIS site....it's not stealing away members to go post elsewhere...it's just like posting a video that's on youtube....

in fact mike don't post anymore send the videos to me and i'll post them up here that way u won't b promoting UR website:eyes:

that's like saying we're not allowed to post "do-it urselves" or "help guides" (which link to other people's websites) or letting people know about ur new pro-shop ur about to open and need helpful hints in how to make it better for the consumer...

same difference...if it's a case of being HIS website then mike send me the links to ur new videos and i'll post them taht way u won't be advertisign UR site anymore

It seems more like he's just asking if his site is better than the other video sites. I love youtube and google video because I can watch paintball movies. If I had a movie upload site I would let yall know about it, its just like he's letting people know of a way to enjoy the sport in a different form. It's also like kind of a review in subliminal messaging. Who knows, thats just my opinion. The name is a problem. I can't say p3n1s without it being blocked. He can't say a$$. Tear.

*** In my opinion commercial business must bring in revenue. He doesn't bring in revenue just by people viewing the movies. Therefore I don't think its advertising.

It isn't a business or a product. Therefore it isn't commercial advertising.

Yea you are right lol plus your like me, once you know your right you can't be proven wrong.

That isn't ignorance. Theres a difference in an open mind and being gullible.

In a way I'm glad I know of a new site to watch movies, but I love these forums and rules are rules so follow them. But we are paintballers, we love everything paintball. How else are we to know of new things unless someone tells us. If it wasn't his site would it still be ok?

I bet someone on here never heard of actin village or so on until they came on here.

I'm just trying to argue a different side. If you think it's against rules delete it. But in my opinion because he isn't selling anything or offering services I don't understand why it's a bad thing. No one is going to stop coming to the forums because of this.

I haven't even been to the site, who knows whats on it.

Because a decent amount of videos on the front page were posted by someone with the same username as the person that posted this thread.

Well it may not be HIS site, BUT that doesn't make this legal. He was advertising a site that he seems to use a lot.
