I have looked around but have not found any accessories for the Apex Barrel.

1. Does anyone know if there is a shroud for this barrel that covers the 'skinny' part?

2. Is there an adaptor to use the Apex front on another barrell?

Just wondering.

1: the APEX can come in M-16 and AK-47 shrouds to cover "the skinny part" but as far as i know these you have to buy with the barrel.

2: Depends what kind of thread your APEX has.

some barrel adapter degrade performance by more than a bit on normal barrels i dont know whats going to happen when you put it in a apex.....i honestly dont know

I think he's talking about switching the front plastic shroud over to another barrel. Yes, it is possible, but you may have to to a bit of permanent modding to your barrel. There is no factory "drop-in" mod for it.

^ don't listen to the guy above. There is a drop in mod: it is called the Underground Mod Shop (UMS) Apex Adapter. with it you can put any barrel and the Apex toghether.
