A kid tried to bring a paintball weapon to my field once. It shot a cardboard container full of paintballs. At about 600fps.

That really was a "weapon".

Don't refer to anything in paintball as weapons, it will sound dangerous and will make people think that it encourages voilence.

i play paintball with some people with home-made cannons. they do add a coolness factor. but, only one peep can use it(the maker), cant shoot more then 1 ball per trigger pull, and cant shoot over 300fps,(we chrono them)

so when safe, we use paintball "super markers":P

I think crap like that and those guns that look like real guns do not help the sport at all. And yes you spelt Tippmann horribly wrong I also think Twitcho should close this. Its just going to be flaming.
