I have never done it, but in the review section, i believe polishing your internals means buying an anodized aluminum bolt and power tube, i have heard mixed reviews about this. I would look in the review section for power tubes and bolts and when you find the polished ones go from there.

Lower operating pressure. Smoother operation.

it's not anything you buy, it's what you do to your gun. Check your thread about updates for some info. By doing this, you help reduce the amount of friction on your bolt.

You do it by taking your gun apart and sanding down anywhere your bolt moves with either a brillo pad or steel wool. DO NOT use a Dremel or anything electric so that it is not overdone. The only con to polishing the internals is to overdo it and end up not having a tight seal on your bolt.

Take your gun completely apart. You should only have the two receiver halves.
Wash your gun with warm water and soap to get rid of any oil or residue which will make polishing more difficult.
Be sure to completely dry it with a clean towel.
Use a Dremel with a polishing tool and use Mothers Mag Aluminum Polish (or other brand)
This is by far the easiest way to polish, as electricity does all the work
Use the polishing wheel and apply aluminum polish (Mothers Mag brand is best).
Turn on your Dremel and polish the areas where parts move
When your polishing wheel gets dirty or loses all its polish, apply more
. Keep going until the metal becomes a shiny silver color.
Wash and dry the gun again to get rid of the polish residue and dust.

polishiing your internals improves everything from accuracy to effiency, but in small amounts.

I agree with PTE. O'Hearn. But just to add it improves so small that it is hardly even noticable. I get about 10 extra shot from my 12oz Co2 tank.

Do it to your gun, the whole process takes 10 minutes max if your already cleaning your gun. Why not take care of her the way she takes you on the field?

The guys above are correct. I also added a titanium hammer and the smoothness and absence of recoil was amazing. Even the pro-shop couldn't believe the smoothness of the marker
