My brother wants to have an account on here for himself but I told him no because I was checking the wall of shame and people were perm banned becuase they had 2 accounts. So do we have to just share the one or can he create another?

He can create another one as long as you let the staff know. Also, if one of you gets banned, it's probably going to be sayonara for both accounts. As long as you guys are members that follow the rules you should be ok. We have lots of people on here who have brothers that have accounts as well. PM me with his UserID and I'll let the rest of the mod team know.
