Is there a such thing as getting jobs in paintball. Yes and No. I would like to state that it is hard to find a job in paintball. Jobs meaning a career. You always read and hear about people getting jobs in the paintball market. But I'm still scratching my head on how they got these jobs. Yeah its easy to get a refeere job or a cashier job at your local field. But it pays only good enough for a 16 yr old kid that is still in high school. Where are the Big jobs that pay more like manufacturing. Or what about the vendor jobs how did these people get these jobs. When do they offer thses jobs. I'm tired of working at jobs I hate. Is there anyone out there that has information on manufacturing or vendor jobs drop me a line or reply.

The only career you would have in paintball is if you invent something. The only job you would most likely get is a job at a paintball store.

+You could open your own field.
+You could become an airsmith and upgrade existing markers to the max.
+You could become an airsmith and then create your own marker(brand new design/style)
+You could get a job at some factory that makes pb equipment and move up the lader to become a VP
+You could become a real good tournament player, and then be a consultant for paintball companies (give them ideas, test those ideas)

Write a letter (if they don't respond then email) to some company or person who is big in the industry. Tell them of your interest in becoming an influential person in the sport of paintball. Then ask them for any advice they could give you on how to accomplish this. If you speak (through written correspondence or whatever) with them enough you may get to know them well enough that you could ask for a job working for them, like an apprentice or something. IMPORTANT: BE SURE ALL LETTERS YOU SEND ARE CHECKED OUT BY YOUR ENGLISH TEACHER BEFORE YOU SEND THEM. IF YOU DON'T YOU MAY END UP LOOKING LIKE AN INCOMPETENT BOOB IF YOU HAVE ANY GRAMMAR ERRORS. Make each letter a formal memo, ask your teacher how to do that.

If you're serious, you can make it happen.

Thanks for the advice Delta. Lets see what will happen if Wright them. I do have an Idea for a new electro trigger frame for all markers it will be faster than trigger frames out to date now with a little practice it will out run the Angel by 17 BPS. But I also have sketched out field plans for a 3 Speedball fields and some wooded fields. I have given much thought into building my own field and openning my own field or business. Hey thanks for the advice its much appreciated. :D

or the traditional way,99% of the big buisness players, vendors etc. have backgrounds in those fields, sales, distrobution, marketing
manufacturing production etc.

and apply and aquire those jobs the same way you get any other job
