ok.. im sure most of you have seen me post before about it leaking.. well im sick of it totally for now so im going to put up a picture of it pointing to wear its leaking.. than i'll explain what ive done to it at those places

at place 1... the bottom of the x-chamber.. i sappousdly have fixed now by putting pressurized sealent used in high pressure equipment.. im not sure how long it will hold.. im getting 5000 psi sealent soon so that part is fixed for now

at place 2... Bottom line swivil joint? somethin like that.. i have replaced the inner part inside of it.. which is a little plastic disc twice now.. it still leaks.. it stopped leaking during the leaking of the x-chamber but its back now because the pressure cannot escape out of the x-chamber.. great.. great isn't it?.. if anyone has ideas how to fix this tell me.. ive tried teflon also.. that didn't work.. get back to me asap, since jt's customer service wont help might as well ask everyone else

sweet picture dood..
that helps us know what youre talking about..
are you running co2 or compressed air then?

my only guess so far is that maybe the fittings arent connected properly like maybe one of the internal threads is poking in to far or something like that.. since youve replaced the disks you have to assume that its not the disks anymore and that it must be the fittings themselves. If i were you I would just pay close attention to how far you are screwing those fittings in when you reconnect the expansion chamber and drop forward section..

I'm about to take mine apart and I'll let you know what I think once I've actually disconnected it.

taking a second look, your little hose seems to have a small kink in it, which makes me wonder if one of the fittings is sitting out to far.. I'll get back to you on this once I get some more info..

yeah that kink worried me at first but i decided that it was alright.. do any of you have htat? if not i guess the company either used bad fittings or the hose they used was to long.. either way it was a bad move on their part.. its been there since i bought the marker.. which was right when they came out.. hah when they were 179 bucks.. im running co2 for now.. im used my friend n2 .. it still leaks if not more because of more pressure.. i dont think its the fittings because ive taken that !@#!#@!# marker apart more times than any other marker.... the fittings are on correctly at least.. the fittings i can get to without have to like.. reweld the marker.. eh if any of you have any ideas on how i might be able to fix this tell me.. thanks again

1. unscrew the 2 screws for the air source adapter, this will disconnect it from the drop forward.

2. then disconnect the hose from the expansion chamber, that will keep your hose from kinking when you disconnect it, although if its already kinked you might want to get a new one.

3. make sure the expansion chamber is screwed into the male adapter on the gun body snugly and that it is straight.

4. reconnect the air hose to the expansion chamber and tighten it firmly.

5. make sure the air adapter is attached to the air hose so that the o-ring on that side is fully seated into the air adapter and that the adapter is straight.

6. now with all that in place reconnect the air adapter to the drop forward with the 2 screws which will put every thing back into place. also push the air adapter into place on the drop forward while screwing it back into place to make sure the screws go back in easily.

these steps should get your air adapter to expansion chamebr connected properly if you are sure to follow the steps in the proper order.

the reason your hose is kinked is because more than likely someone tired to unscrew the air hose from the expansion chamber before the air adapter was disconnected from the drop forward so there was no room for the air hose to be disconnected, causing it to be squished and kinked.

this should resolve your leak issue if you follow the steps and tighten everything properly.

heresa side note.. im half done.. anyways.. the x-chamber will not fit totally tight if it is ment to be straight (obviously.. it should be straight).. its sideways when totally tight.. but x-chamber is not leaking anymore.. anyways.. back to the project.. when im done i'll gas it up.. tell you how its doin

yea I hope that works out for ya, I took my whole gun apart for the first time today cleaned everything and olied all orings, aswell as polished and smoothed any rough edges on any threads or holes.. Put it all back together and it seems to be running like grease lightning..

it just important that each of the fittings is tightened enough to seal but not so much that it makes another fitting out of adjustemnt..

Well good luck and I hope you get that baby tuned :)
