Which is better out of the three Impulses Samrt Parts has:
The Impulse, The Turbo Impulse, or The Vision Impulse?

Turbo is no longer made. You can still buy them used.

Vision has the Vision system (Anti Chop Eye) a regular Impulse does not. That is the only difference.

Now does the regular Impulse chop many balls?

The only thing you might need for an impulse is a 12v revy with a turbo rev board (www.wickedairsportz.com).. get a vision if you want an i frame or can shoot really really fast.
