well, it depends what you want in the gun. if you want a gun that is easy to maintain then go with the mag. you can learn most of it from a nice guy at the field. It is really easy to do everything needed to keep it together. if you have little experience w/ the cocker i would definetly not recommend it. It is a very complicated gun and you will be making lots of trips to the local airsmith. Hope this helps. Sorry i havent posted in a while but i broke my arm

no offense, but how can you like the cockers trigger pull??? in my oppinion it is the worst of any gun. it takes at least a day to learn how do fire it well.

autocockers because of the looks, and the upgrade factot. How many custom mags do u see compared to cockers. plus when u upgrade a cocker, you'll probably never see your exact gun again unless u buy a pre-made one like KAPP or Dye. And the front blocks on the cockers are so intimidating.

Ya just look at my sig, most peoples cockers are completely unique to their own taste, especially after milling and anodizing. Cocker trigger pulls are pretty good for not being electro- stock anyway, its just like anything else (Easily improved)though stock the pull is really smooth and light, just a bit longer then ide like it to be... cory exaggerated but hes also used to an electro pull :) and isnt used to the concept of shortstroking probably:)- its not that big of a deal and youll get over it fast.

ill post pics of my gun once i have my new parts installed and get a hold of a digi camera

Go with the Mag! They are excellent. They have a nice pull stock, EASY to maintain, accurate, and quiet, perfect speedball gun as well as wood. Autocockers are not worth it because of the maintanence, and since the fuel prices are rising depending how far away the proshop is you might want to reconsider since the dude above is right, you will be making plenty of trips to the proshop!

I dunno, the guts of it sounds pretty complex to me...

I respect cocker as being the 3rd most accurate guns in the sport but I beleive that a Mag has less problems and requires less maintanence.

Crap you!!!

Why cant you understand that Automag require less maintanence than Cockers, the whole world knows it!!! Maybe just MAYBE... you can squeeze that through your heads maybe we can get back on track!!!

wow its two immature newbies, im so proud! If you stopped bicthin for a momment you would realize both of you have valid points and do not need to convert the heathen auto cocker/mag user! solve your differnces, realize you can't change a person and have a cookie!!! (because they taste good!:))

EZ8 is right!

It all comes down to what feels best. For me...Mag, for others...Cockers.

Peace!
