i juss got my imp and was told to get a new barrel and was wondering which to choose from. i wanted the freak or the aa 2002.... whut do ya think

if you have the cash and shoot different kinds of paint, go with the freak. But, if money is an issue or you don't shoot different brands of paint, get either the LAPCO bigshot or 2002 all-american. I also am a fan of dye barrels - if you want, you could get an ultralite- you can find all these barrels at www.e-paintballoutlet.com. But, i will say, the stock progressive really isn't THAT bad, its not the greatest, but it performs adequately.

you should stay with the progressive barrel for a while because it is a really good barrel for being stock. then go out and get a full freak kit when you have the money and never buy another barrel ever again.
