hmmmm easily a 3 shot burst when you play snake, full auto if u play back.....in woodsball, i say full auto.

Whats wrong with good 'ol semi? Typically, neither of those modes are allowed.

If im not mistaken, only psp mode is aloud in psp…and psp is three shot semi, and then 3 shot bursts, not just three shot burst. Most tournaments only allow semi though…at least, that is the rule at the tournaments at my local fields.

As to the question at hand, firing modes are all about preference and what is aloud at your field. When I use my Tippmann, the only modes I really ever use are semi-auto and auto-response.

hey big q, if i got a W.A.S board, would that be ok? Is there anything totally wrong with it? Like zakushark said, I probably only would use semi, so i wouldn't really change out modes, so what do you all think?

Auto-Response, it fools people into thinking you can walk your tippmann twice as fast as you really can.

If you want to be legit though, Semi-Auto is the most skillful and fair firing mode.

I prefer semi but then I prefer using skill over spraying so much paint I cant miss.... more fun IMO

Yes, it will be noticed...

And any board with a micro switch is good for semi :crazy:

"Runaway fire" sounds like what happens when your trigger sensitivity is adjusted to high and your marker starts firing withought touching it...I have not heard that term used before, but it sounds like that is what it is describing.

Not really... its three shots of semi and then it starts ramping.. once you stop shooting for one second you must fire three shots in semi to go back to ramping again. This is only aloud in some fields, tourneys and the PSP.
