what are the laws for outlaw paintball in washington? Can you just go anywhere or what?

private property is just that. You need permission from the landowner to play on their property legally. The bad part is that if some one gets hurt or injured, they can be held responsible.Most Home/Land owner insurance policies will not cover injuries from paintball, which leaves the owner holding the bag. DNR land is your best bet, but most is out a ways from town. This is why field owners charge field fees, To pay rent & FIELD INSURANCE.

Dept of Natural Resources- The land at milemarker 5 at Sultan is DNR Land-Usually Federal/State lands are timber land that is held in trust for school funds.0ne note, if they are gated and locked, it can still be considered trespassing. Also make sure everybody plays safe-use a chronograph,Barrel plugs & Proper goggles.
