hey guys
im the owner of an ion and its time for me to pgrade from my stock barrel to a better one
i was wondering which was better
a stiffi barrel or a freak?

Read reviews and the stickies. The Stiffi is better, but the freak is a kit. I would personally stay away from the Freak. I've found that SP's barrels just aren't very high quality for the money you spend on them.

any idea about the bore sizes?

The Freak is a kit, so it has 7 different bores.

The Stiffi can be a 5 bore kit (I think it comes with 5) or a single barrel that comes in a few different bore sizes.

Scrap them both and get a Sceptor kit from Powerlyte. It uses inserts similar to the freak kit, and if you ever get a new gun all you have to replace is 1 back rather than a whole kit.
