oh man that looks bad... no offence.

but try this..

1. un-attach your air source adapter from the drop forward, with the 2 screws..

2. un-attach the hose from the expansions chamber..

3. now you should have the hose and air adapter disconnected and seperate from the gun, but still in one peice.

4. try to carefully twist and straighten out your hose back to the original shape as much as you can.

5. make sure the hose is screwed into the air adapter far enough so the oring is totally seated in there. (nice and snug)

6. now hold the air adapter and hose straight so the flat part of the air adapter is in line with the drop forward and ready to be connected.

7. connect the hose to the expansion chamber while keeping the air adapter with the flat part facing up.

8. now with that whole section tightened up, the last step is to re-mount the air adapter to the drop forward with the 2 screws.

this should get all the fittings nice and snug (leak free) and allow you to keep that hose totally straight.. you should be able to remove and re-connet that hose without ever twisting it or putting any pressure on it at all, by using the steps I described above. I think you should be able to straighten out that hose and follow these steps to save yourself from having to get a replacement hose.

man i did all of that. more or less its like the hose is to long for that certain part so it has to bend itself to fit

I hear ya, but i think it has to do with the order inwhich you disconnect and reconnect things.

if you leave yur gun like that your not going to get much air flow so your performance might not be as good because yur operating at a higher pressure than normal :|

Maybe keep your eye on the 5.0's and 6.0's. I don't know what the deal is with the voice thing on the 6.0, but it sounds pretty dang cool.

well.. since I dont use electros i wont be buying the 6.0.. i think i'll stick with my 4.0 just work it up and use it as my back up gun when i finish my cocker
