Please help with first tourney!!!!

hey anybody. I am going to my first 2 man tourney on march the 2nd. I really need some tips and all the help i can get. any help will be greatle appreciated. thanx:crazy:

hyper ball or sup air well ne waY

play tight on ur bunker and keep the smallest profile possible
communicate wit ur teamate
chek All angles at each bunker

keep an eye out for people in the dead box. there may still be people on the field when you think theres not.

One of the things that I like to stress to my players is GREAT! communication, not just good, but GREAT!

Good doesn't win tournaments.

be very aggressive. i can remember my first tourney. i stayed in the bk the entire time and didnt shoot n e one. make good moves and dont put ur self in a position were u or one of r teammates r exposed.

oh man i tried to remember all that stuff but we sucked really bad. we got like 8th out of 12. but it was really raining hard and all our guns were messin up so mabey well do better next time

hey dont sweat it. everybody sux ther first tourney. just learn from it and dont make the sam mistakes. the rain is a big factor but stay positive and dont blame it on the rain.

i didnt mean suck. it was more on the lines of not up to ur expectations.if u hav been playin for a while u wont suck.

well, i wasnt blaming it on the rain, we arent that good right now, but i know that it was our first tournament and i was probably setting my expectations too high. i guess i need some practicing tips now :D

u shouldnt expect to do good in ur first tourney. first tourneys r just so u get the feel of tourney play and to learn what u need to do. as for practice. play as much as u can. learn from the more experienced plaers andwatch how they lay their moves etc. play with ur team asmuch as u can and scrimage against other teams. if u can tr wrkin at ur lcal field as a re and watch whats goin on. also if u r workin for them they will giv u discounts and practice.

dude dont feel bad. me and 2 friends went to a 3 man where we thought we were gonna stomp everybody but we got annhilated, and only won 2 games, dont feel bad about it nobody ever does good on their 1st tourney. just practice communicating, snap shooting, movement, codes, end game drills, snap shooting drills, etc. it takes alot of practice, try to get on a team like i did. all 3 of us got on a very good novice/amateur team and we are practicing with them. you can really learn alot if you join a team like this, i've learned so much and gotten alot better in these past 3 weeks i've been practicing, its great. just work hard at it.
