How do you know when is the right time to move up the field so you don't get hit?

when ur back player is coverin you and ur confident and commied to make the move

Im always commited but I don't want to gte shot up. I don't think my back player can give cover from his postion.

On our team we have two groups of two guys and a lone wolf (our Mr. Sneaky Point Dude...) He does his thing and the two pairs of buddies operate independatly, only real interaction the pairs have is laying down cover fire for each other occationaly. What the pairs objective is (typically) is a bounding overwatch as quickly as we can up the tape to eaither side. Our pint man goes stright up the middle. He usually pins down at least two of the OpForce and we come around in classic pincer movement style...works 80% of the time. Were still working on mastering reaction time though....once we top that out we should be doing great.

well u have to have confidence in your back players or i can see why u get shot up or dont wanna move up

ya man you gotta take big risdk to make make great moves always remember that on the field. whenever ur doughtin yourself justthink of what you can do if u pull it off.works like a charm.

I think one of the guys from the Ironmen said it best "You gotta take the pain to get better" If you do get shot up, oh well. You're out and you learned from it, that's the best thing. My back players can hit almost everyone on the field if the show their head, if not anyone. Take a look at the layout of the field and plan a way to move from this bunker to that one. Look for lanes that you could get hit by and your back guy can shoot for. Communicate with your back man so he can provide some cover fire so you can move.
