I haven't yet held one so don't think I'm hinting towards anything, but I want a good true answer.
I want one, period. Before I spend 400 dollars I want to know if these rumors are ture:
1) It is small, but too small. (Is it really so small that it's pathetic? Or is it very easy to handle. When you have a hopper and tank that is the size of the gun is it awkward?)
2) It chops like theres no return. (Is it reliable or does it really have a chopping problem?)
I searched the threads and couldn't find information on either one.
Thanks.

It is not too small and it works very well. I find it to be a very balanced gun and shoots very well. To me, it is the best deal going in the price range. The only real gripes that I see is the trigger feel is very subjectiv. However, right out of the box, the gun shoots very well, consistent and accurate.
Chopping has not been as issue at all that I am aware.

Well the mini isn't too small. I have some vids of it compared to a pulse on youtube under the name jmac. If you use the stock barrell it will chop. If you look inside of the stock barrell where the threads are you can tell their is a defect. I guess they made a small lip at the threads so when shooting the mini use a different barrell.

Chopping was a problem because the bolt was so small, but they made a new bolt for it so you call them up and they send you the new one for free. Thats what I heard.

I know that this thred is a little old, but I just found out that there was a invert section on pbr. And there was notiing disproving this statment and I wanted to take a moment to do that. I have been following the minis progress on a different site since it was just a rumored gun and this is the first I have heard of a wrong sized bolt. That statment is completly false. I just wanted to throw that in there so people dont read it and get turned off

nothing about the bolt. And as far as chopping, chops are just what their called.. chops. Where the ball isnt fully seated in the breech and the bolt comes in contact to early and "chops" the ball in half. In return causing paint to cover eyes/detents, fill in threads, breech, feedneck or barrel.
barrel breaks are common, although i must say the only barrels i primarily experience barrel breaks in are smart parts barrels. I wore my redz swab out in 3 games using my All American on my shocker. thats how much i had to clean it, as far as every other barrel ive used.. no barrel breaks.
mini, your gold no matter what :)
