sp ion vs tippmans

i will be playing more woodsball but id like to get more into speedball...wont play that often. how will the sp ion hold up playing mostly woodsball?

First thing: Neither of the two guns belong here (unless you have an e-tippy)

Third: To answer your questions, the only reason you shouldn't buy an Ion is if you play REALLY hard woth your gun, we're talkig runnin into trees here. OR if you do't want to pay for a good hopper or hpa tank.

But, tippmanns do work for speedball, anygun woks for speedball actually, it's just some are better for it (weight and such). But if you are able to maintain a ion and shell out the extra cash, go ahead.

Yeah there's no contest between the ion and tippys an ion will win in everything except durability and ease of maintenance unless you get a b.o.b. shell on the ion. But like di$ said if you won't be playing much speedball don't bother getting the ion. If you want more speed and a better gun for both woods and speed look into the pilot.
