does anyone have access to something that can smooth the gun body? I started to do a home milling( bored and it was there ) well it doesn't look bad but it is bare aluminum now and I want it polished to match any ideas?

Polish the body? You mean smooth it out or what. Do you need to grind out material? Blast what ever is body color off with glass beadblaster if you can get one, and then take a dremel or something along those lines and polish the body. Or send it to me, I do that kind of stuff. Aim me if you want either way

ok I took a dremel to the sight rail I want it to be flat all the way across. so I am smoothing it out but not it has that sanded look and doesn't match the finish, so I need to figure out how to make it all match, sorry first post kinda made no sense, lets chalk one up to liquor

Dude, your not going to get it smooth with a grinding wheel. Here try this I KNOW IT WILL WORk. Get a polishing bit for your dremel, you know the cotton looking ones, and get some midly abbrasive polish like simichrome something along those lines, or mag polish. Man you will have a mirror on your hands not even kidding.

In my opinion, which may not be shared by anyone on the planet, much less the owners/operators of this site, I think it'd look alot better with a bit of milling.
