Okay, the mini is small and light. Is there going to be a balance problem if you strap, lets say, a 68/4500 Crossfire c-fiber tank on it? How about a 70/4500 stubby?

Short of using a 45 or 48 (fibre wrapped, not metal) CI tank, you'll not find anything much lighter than the two tank sizes you have mentioned, so they would be the best bet for not unbalancing the marker. Try them both out for feel and see which you like better.

ideally, you're going to want the lightest setup that your gun/tank combo allows. if you havent purchased a tank yet, but have the mini, i'd look into either a cp 48 or dxs 48 cui tank.
both tank bottles are made by inocom, a relative new comer on the carbon fiber bottle manufacturing market, though inocom makes the lightest bottles of any other producer.
the inocom 48 cui bottle is a stubby style bottle, just like you'd find on some of crossfires 72 cui bottles. the 48cui bottles being stubby allow for the bottles to be substantially shorter lengthwise than most other 45 cui bottles (45 is the standard "smallest" size bottle. the 48 is a deviation on inocoms part, there are no other bottle manufacturers that i know of that use the 48 cui size). this allows you to play tighter, and assuming that you're going to put a 48 on a mini, you'll be playing very tight.
another option is the cp or dxs 68 cui bottle. i have information from pauly mai that the inocom 68 cui bottle is shorter than most regular 68 cui bottles, as it too is a stubby, and thus should be more along the lines of the length of a crossfire 72 cui stubby.
Summary tl;dr ?
inocom makes the lightest and shortest bottles.
i recommended the 48 and the 68

in terms of balance id ugst the crossfire fiber wrapped 45/4500 tank ive tested a mini with that setup and damn the balance was perfect. prolly because the mini weighs bout 1.9 lbs and the cf 45/4500 weighs 2.1 lbs its a beautiful thing

Invert manual page 7. in red capital letters in the manual so they must think it is important, "THE USE OF A LOW PRESSURE OUTPUT COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED" A with such a small and new regulator I am going to take there suggestion and use a low pressure output tank, in testing Crossfire tanks are the best out there.

It says that HP works fine too though.

i'd stick to the low pressure tank though because just about 99% off all high end markers commin out use low pressure systems

It is not all about the tank. Hows about wifey's setup red mini (still waiting on this) 45/4500 tuffskin tank with the new myth (http://guerrillaair.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=23&products_id=218) reg. They don't get any smaller folks.
