How long have you been playing paintball?

i have only been playing like regualarly for liek almost 3 years but i have played a few games before that. Some of my first games i played were before local fields rented semis, so it was a bunch of us running around with pumps. A blast i tell ya. I still remember the first time i saw a semi at a field, it had remote setup and i was like ohh man that guy must be good, and he was :)

Ive been "playing a few years" but not like i do now, back a long time ago when all i had was a sting ray ide play like once every 2 months or something usually even less and i knew nothing what-so-ever, me and my friend started playing around recently with our old stingray guns.. it was around january of this year and I became very excited to be more active in playing paintball. At this point I decided to get a new gun and play more often. And since I was getting a new gun I had to do alot of reasearch on what to get for my current budget and needs (Decided on the cocker of course) but since I came here for suggestions on the gun to get and such a few months back Ive stayed because people here are willing to help with problems and usually wont critisize you for stupid questions.

So really ive only been seriously playing for a few months you could say.

I bought my first gun back in 95' a Splatmaster Rapide, oh and I thought it was so cool. About 96' I bought a tippman pro-lite and hated it. I played all the time up intill 99' then I quit when I sold my Pro-lie. I just bought a spyder compact 2000 and have started playing agian, dont know why I left:)

I cant remenber the actual year I first played but, the only gun on the market was the Nelspot 007 bolt action pistol powered by a 12 gram. Paint was oil based and stained anything it came in contact with. Going thru 60 rounds all day was unheard of, enough said!

man this poll turned out great, look at the bars on the poll results, its like a perfect curve. it just goes to show how paintball is growing exponentially. thats reallly awsome how nice a curve it makes.
