wut do you do if someone cashes your money order and denys it?

i can trace the order and file him for mail fraud right, this didnt really happen but im just trying to see if its safe to deal over the internet from a forum

COD can be your best friend, it costs more, but you only get the stuff if you pay the delivery person. And if you are the seller, then they only get your stuff when they give the delivery person the payment. COD, ive used it twice, its a nice, easy, and safe way to do online business.

for the extra security it provides, not much more, like 2-6 dollars. it is well worth it if u split the cost with your shipper, safest way to go.

If you're receiving the goods however, it isn't always the best route because you don't have the time to inspect the goods before you actually pay for them. That's the only thing that sucks about COD. Your best bet is if you're the seller to have them pay via Paypal. Then put in a request to withdraw the amount payed from your Paypal account to your checking account. After, the money has cleared and is in your checking account, then you ship the goods.

If you are the buyer, pay via Paypal with a credit card. If the seller doesn't live up to his end of the deal, then you send the goods back (with some sort of confirmation) and deny the charge on your CC.

If you use a Postal Money Order and he screws you just get the FBI on him. If you know what your doing Mail Fraud using Postal MOs is a Biatch. You can get the FBI guys at his house to **** him up.
