I am confused about the lpr on the fusion. DO you think it wil be good stock and never turn it?

Depending on where you set the HPR is where you have to set the LPR. Just like with any ram and poppet marker, there is a certain pressure combo for good efficiency, and another combo for consistancy.

I say, set the lpr to the point where it will cycle just enough to do the job. The less pressure behind the ram, the better it is on paint.

The LPR provides the pressure to drive the ram (or in this instance, I guess it would be considered a rammer). This will determine how hard the rammer hits the valve, and how far the valve opens. The combination of how far the valve opens, how long it stays open for and the operating pressure, will determine the velocity of the shot. I do not believe that the dwell setting (how long the valve stays open for) is adjustable on the stock board, so setting up the marker is just a matter of balancing the LPR pressure and the operating pressure. Different combinations of LPR and operating pressure can change the markers efficiency, consistency, how loud it is, kick to some extent. You need to experiment a little to get the marker just how you want it.

Keep it stock unless you run into problems. Read up on the setting of regs in the ICD forum, adjust the regs using the same methods.

You are correct. The stock board has no dwell adjustment on it.

The T-board by Scenario Dreams (http://www.scenariodreams.com/productpages/fusion.htm) will have an adjustable dwell setting on the board.
