Do you have a mask, hopper & tank? Check out some Spyder packages. Great beginner guns under $100.

QFT. This should be moved to the Beginners forum.

Spyders are inexpensive and durable, I can attest to that. Plus, they are very upgradable if you decide to do that later.
Also, remember to shop around. For example, I think a Spyder Victor retails for $130, but most online stores sell it for about $50.

This marker package would be great for any beginning player.

The same package is sold in other online stores.
paintball fl, I think you should look around some (online) stores, and you could find great packages.

I'd recommend the spyder MR1 'til the cows come home.
Then save up for a remote line, you'll be well happy for the months it takes you to desire an e-marker.
OR get a refurb pilot... Needs a DYE grip, that's about all.

The remote is preference. I hate them, I couldn't ever imagine having one. The MR1 is nice, but isn't as upgradeable or is much harder to upgrade as a standard Spyder, so think if you're going to be doing a lot of upgrading to this gun. If you are I'd look into a normal Spyder, if not, the MR1 is pretty good, but the normal Spyders are a much better value IMO.
