ram cap stuck

is it stuck or do i have to do some thing to it or unscrew some thing

Push it in and turn it to the left and then pull out the cap.

If you want the entire ram assembly to come out, you'll have to remove the bolt first.

^^What he said. There should be a little dot on the ram cap indicating where the ram cap is turned. For instance, if the dot is on top, its locked in. If its to the left, its loose.

Yes..keep the cap pushed in and then turn it to the right.

It should come right out.

Hmm...strange...try taking the bolt out first, altho you shouldn't have to.

If you can't get it out after taking out the bolt, you should email DP and see what they say.

I haven't had this problem with mine.

Yeah thats strange, maybe you should make a video. The ram cap doesn't have threads, so its not really unscrewing it.
