if you have a cyclone on your 98 yes
barrel, no unless you used 98 barrel and adaptor

Not all parts of the bolt will work.. They are slightly different.

The front bolt will work. Thats the only thing that I know of though.

Most after market parts built for the A-5 will not work on a 98. However, certain internals will. If you name off the part you are wondering about, and we can give you a "yes" or "no".
