Is it possible to walk your a-5 if you have a double trigger and a response trigger? If no then wat is the best way to get this effect without getting an e-grip

the r/t doesnt make the trigger pull noticeably lighter. so walking would be near impossible. egrip is only way i can think of. the pen spring mod might work, but then again....walking a mechanical gun doesnt give the same feeling walking an electro does. ull need a hopper to keep up, HPA or anti syphon co2. even then unless a few ups are done to the marker, the max rof u could get with ur fingers might be higher than the gun can recock. i dunno if thats the right word...but u might skip a few shots because the recycling of the bolt might not be fast enough to keep up with your fingers.

Only way I know of is to buy an egrip.. There were some mod idea floating around a while back about a magnetic trigger that mighta done the trick, but as far as I know, there weren't strong enough magnets to reset the sear.

you can probably try to walk it, i mean you will get better if you can actually walk it go right to speed ball,
umm theres a pen spring mod you can do to make it a bit lighter other then that
id say practice alot and make sure you fingers can pull art lease like 3 lbs really fast :P

No, you absolutely cannot walk an RT. That defeats the whole purpose of an RT. The RT gives you a high rate of fire without having to walk the trigger.

I will give you one guess as to why people buy the RT.

Ok , pencils down ;) .

Because you can't walk a mech tippman trigger.

Egrip (never used an ebolt and you probably can't get one anyways so I will ignore it)is the only trigger on a tippy that is truly walkable. I have been dying to find somone who has the APE magnetic A-5 trigger to see what that feels like.

You can brute out a close approximation to walking in short bursts on the mech with a double trigger, but its not the same as the effect you get with an electronic gripframe.

You need an E-grip to walk the trigger. Also, the pen spring mod eats your sears away so fast that its not worth moding.

E-Grip is like tapping your mouse button. With two fingers you can tap quite fast.

Mech trigger is line tapping a full size stapler. Tap it with two fingers and see the differance.

In order to walk 12 ball or more. You need an e-grip.

The RT doesn't make the trigger pull lighter, the piston pushes the trigger forward, that is all. You say he needs a hopper to keep up, the A-5 has a Cyclone so you don't need to buy a hopper. If anything you can get the Vortex mod, QEV, and more options to make the Cyclone faster.

You could walk an A-5 RT slowly, but not like a true electronic A-5. To truely get a walkable A-5, get the e-grip.

He said that the R/T doesn't make the trigger pull lighter:confused:

But anyways, the E-grip would be your best bet, it has a super light trigger pull and it is pretty easy to walk.
