What size inserts for Bizerk

I was wondering what size inserts i should get. i use diablo and anarcy paint. thx

What is the bore size for those two types of paint? If I am not mistaken, they are both small bore paint(.683 or .685) I would get the barrel bore size just above that of the paint that you shoot. Example: Use .685 bore barrel for .683 bore paint. No paintball is perfectly round, so I would recommend giving it a little room. Anyone else? All I know is that the JT Maxim fit great in the .689 size barrel. JT Maxim is .687 bore paint.
