can a marker be re-anoed?

I have been looking at some used markers, and am wondering...
Is it possible to get the old ano stripped off, and something re-anoed? I have been looking, and realy have not found any info about this, other that a DIY (Do it yourself) site. Not something I really want to try.

Anyone who has had this done???

Yes you can get a marker reannod. YOu can do it about 3 times or so, but after that the markers tolerances get all out of spec. Since when you reanno, you've gotta strip a layer off, eventually you'll end up with a leaky gun that just won't work properly. But yes, you can indeed get your gun annodized again
