ir circut board messed up with turbo rev

i have gotten two different eye things for my 12v revvy after putting in the turbo rev.it doesn't seem to detect the eye and it shuts off right after i turn it on and when i put my old board in they are fine.i was wondering if any one else has had this problem help

When you put the board in, are you reataching the wiring harness/plugs the correct way?

I put my X-Board in before I even tested it with the stock board and it works fine.

When pluggin in the connectors, make sure that the notch is facing up.

i was wondering you all know the black part that the wires go into (the part you plug up to the four prongs)one of my wires (green one)won't go all the way up in there how can i get another one does anyone know???

Do you know anybody who is an electronics major or good with electronics? I would go to them.
