I was wondering what type of drop I shoud get if im getting a gta expansion chamber. Also im going to eventually get a collapsible stock, so a drop that would work with that would be nice. Or should I just get a remote set-up?

Its really preference between the drop forward and the remote. And with the drop forward its all what you want for the drop and forward. Like some people like their's 5" forward. I doesn't really matter, the only thing is that the gas line will look weird and thats all

Since you are planning on getting a stock, I would suggest just going remote. A stock with a tank just feels awkward and unbalanced.
If you do decide to just go with a drop, I would advise that you try one out before you buy one. Drops are all preference. I happen to like my tank mounted with on the grip frame at a 90 degree angle, but, I have a friend who prefers his tank almost directly under his marker. See if any of your friends have drops on their markers and ask them if you can hold it to see if you like it, and what size you want to go.

I don't know by experance but I was told that remotes make markers unbalanced.

Thats because without a tank you have nothing to shoulder to steady your shots. With a stock, a remote should feel fine. Though the weight of the hopper might throw the front of the gun slightly off, keeping the stock shouldered should steady it.

Go with a regulator instead of an x-chamber. Combine that with a remote or anti-siphon, and you will see better performance.
