Empire barrel kit question

is there a reason its out of stock there and no one else carries that kit. i want to pick one up but i cant find someone who has it.

I'm not sure that kit is made anymore, thats why it is so cheap everywhere, retailers are trying to get rid of them. It has been replaced by the Empire Revolver kit.

Ya I bought this kit of of Action Village about a month ago. (January 2007). I bought it for the A-5 at $45. Recently they stoped selling it at Action Village and I think its not made any more cause of the revolver. But its a real great kit if you can pick one up. I think there still being sold on Amazon but they may be more expensive

they are being phased out because of the revolver. barrel inserts are the new thing i guess.

if ur gonna get an empire kit...i will strongly suggest getting the powerlyte sceptor kit instead. its the same exact thing. powerlyte came up with it first and empire bought the patent or suttin.

the only difference is the powerlyte comes in different colors barrels, and has a 5 bore kit or a 7 bore kit. ive seen the 7 bore powerlyte kit for the same price ive seen the revolver kit, which is only 5 bores.

Yeah, the two-piece isn't made anymore. If a place is selling it, it's old back stock that's being phased out. It's a very good kit though, I have one in cocker threads and it's one of my favorite kits.

Though I have a Matchstik kit on the way now so I have to compare.
