Dye Boomstick on compact 2000

I am looking into a Dye Boomstick on a compact 2000. Tyhe boomstick is 14 inches. If anyone knows anything about this comination please let me lknow what you think. Also, what are some decent yet inexpensive paintballs for the dye boomstick.

I dont know about it on the compact I would think it would shoot the same? Some cheap paint that you can shoot is RPS BigBall they work great in my Boomy.

don't get the boomer. get the ultralite. Exactly like the boomer but it's lighter and CHEAPER.
