Beware! 888paintball.com sales practices are questionable, but more importantly, if you receive incorrect product and return it, it is IMPOSSIBLE to receive a CREDIT.

My neighbors and I have been buying from 888 for awhile, $1,000's worth of PB gear/supplies, from today forward we will be buying from another HONEST/RELIABLE distributor.

For my son's Christmas present we purchased a short nitro tank, requested one that was not in stock, so they offered an upgraded one at a good bargain, and told us it was identical SHORT form factor.

We received this right before Christmas and it was a LONG form factor....

We called, received RMA# and returned item. We have called them over 10 times and are constantly told it will take a couple more days to receive credit. We called our bank and was told this was not acceptable. So I called, asked for credit to be backed out and a check sent via mail....Over 10 days, still no check. Called one last time, ask where check was and they ask me for another different credit card to run a credit against???

Obviously, they either don't know how to manage their finances, they are beginner in managing a business or just don't care to provide credits.

SAVE yourself any future headaches and don't purchase from these guys!

It's true they just screwed me over too! In January I ordered a Freak System for myself and a Griffin and other stuff for a friend. I was billed. Now at the end of February I've been re-billed for those purchases!!!! It came to near $335! It set my checking account back -$120, and then when my check for state taxes was cashed, the check bounced, all because of these mutha****ers!!! I will never again work with 888! They have the most inexperienced sales people and terrible customer service! It seems they will hire any idiot who can pick up a phone and knows nothing of paintball! My problem has supposedly been "resolved" and my credit will be restored within 10 days, but it is gonna take some work with the bank to resolve things like overdraft fees and that bounced check! i cannot put into words exactly how pissed I am!

My cousin ordered a pt enforcer from them and a holster. he didn't like it, so he sent them back. They gave him a refund for the marker, but not the $12 holster. His dad (a lawyer) became very upset and wrote many letters and e-mails to the, but they never replied. pbgear.com is pretty good, just not at responding to e-mails.

They've sent me a broken Co2 tank, and when I ordered my 2K2 Autococker the trigger shoe came broken.

My friend Randi ordered a Boo-yah for his spyder for 888paintball a long time ago (yes I know boo-yahs are retarded) and it came with scratches all over it and the battery was dead.

I purchased a Rebel Le from 888 paintball, It double and triple fed balls, chopped balls and I called to send it back for another gun but was sent back the Le with new sear , hammer , cupseal and new ball detent . They fixed the ball detent by putting a peice of o-ring between it and the cover. guess what , when i took it out of the box and screwed on my tank it leaked c02 through the gun and the bolt started going off on auto. I have sent it back for the second time requesting credit or a differrent gun. This was supposed to be a brand new gun, I havint even been able to play a single match with it . So far their service sucks, I guess we will see what happens , i will post with response with what they do for me. Right now I wouldnt suggest 888 , rebel , 32 degrees or the parent company National Paintball until My issues with them are resolved. AKman

they messed up with me once. Back in the days when I had my Rebel, I ordered a SP Tear Srop Barrel. It took forever to come, and when it got here it was threaded for a M98! Took about 3 days to find packaging stuff (peanuts, ect)....took 5 days to get back to them.....then they were out of stock on the spyder threads. Took me like 2 months just to get a barrel.......:( :(
