Beware! 888paintball.com sales practices are questionable, but more importantly, if you receive incorrect product and return it, it is IMPOSSIBLE to receive a CREDIT.

My neighbors and I have been buying from 888 for awhile, $1,000's worth of PB gear/supplies, from today forward we will be buying from another HONEST/RELIABLE distributor.

For my son's Christmas present we purchased a short nitro tank, requested one that was not in stock, so they offered an upgraded one at a good bargain, and told us it was identical SHORT form factor.

We received this right before Christmas and it was a LONG form factor....

We called, received RMA# and returned item. We have called them over 10 times and are constantly told it will take a couple more days to receive credit. We called our bank and was told this was not acceptable. So I called, asked for credit to be backed out and a check sent via mail....Over 10 days, still no check. Called one last time, ask where check was and they ask me for another different credit card to run a credit against???

Obviously, they either don't know how to manage their finances, they are beginner in managing a business or just don't care to provide credits.

SAVE yourself any future headaches and don't purchase from these guys!

Hmm good advice, I've had better luck with stuff being in stock and shipped asap from them than action village (paintballgear.com) but I've never had to return anything.

Ill keep it in mind.

Paintballgear.com charged me 60 bucks in shipping and didn't respond to any of my repeated emails. No I didn't choose overnight, I choose like ground basic, took a week and half and was charged 60 bucks for an angel wall charger?

I purchased 2000 Proballs from 888. Problem was... for some reason they never got the shipping address i put in. So I sat there in amazment when the screen showed "Order Processed" and gave me a Order Number, with a blank shipping address under it. I called them up, and they said "Sorry for the inconvience" yadda yadda, then they SAID they were going to add credit back into the card. After 10 days, they never did, I called again, they said the order was shipped and said that once we get it we can return it for a full refund. ???? Something wrong here? Well i ate $60 on that one.

Oh wow, sorry to hear about your loses with 888paintball.com. I'm just about ready to buy alot of stuff (Black Magic AC, Ric2k, etc) and was planning to buy from 888 because they match and beat any prices. For the most part, I've read good things about them. Now I'm starting to think otherwise. Does anyone know where else I can get the Black magic (blue to black fade) in the pic below (courtesy of kashik) for cheap:
