Hey, I'm considering either the J&J Ceramic or the 32* Carbon Fiber...since they have that teflon coating, will they get messed up after time by the squeegies? I'd really hate to invest the money only to have the inside scraped to hell by a squeegie. Thanks.

No...the teflon coating (in the J&J barrels at least..don't know about the carbon fiber) is actually teflon impregnated. The teflon is in the ceramic....and the ceramic is pretty durable. This is why J&J ceramic barrels don't scratch on the inside (mine didn't with 3 years of constant wear anyways). If the ceramic comes off, it chips. And you have to smakc them pretty hard or catch then on a sharp edge.

Yeah...that's what I thought...I knew the J&J was teflon injected, but I'm pretty sure the Carbon Fiber is just coated on the inside w/ it...could that cause some problems? Any guys out there have a Carbon Fiber barrel out there? BTW...would you recommend a 12" or 14"? I'm kinda partial to 14s.

I have a load of barrels....I find the 14" and my 15" to be just a little too long for indoor, cramped areas, and bunkers...thats why I have a 12" Boomstick in the mail. The longer barrels are very quiet, though. Its a trade off. Its all a comfort/personal preference issue.
