My board will go into stand-by if i dont use it for 25 sec. roughly. I have to pull the trigger to get it back into fire mode again. can you turn this off?

I don't know that the T-Board has a feature to disable the standby mode.
The only thing so far that the t-board will be able to do, is to disable the eyes.

The timed auto-standy function would be a feature programmed on to the board itself, so removing the stock board and replacing it with an aftermarket one would also mean removing the auto-standby (unless of course the aftermarket board manufacturers chose to place that feature on their own boards.....).

Seems pretty ingenious IMO, but they could have made it like a minute or something. Like said above, you need to get an aftermarket board to remove that feature unless the new board does have that feature.

No, it goes back to the mode that is set on the board (Which is set by using dip switches).
So for example, if you set the board up to use semi auto, it goes back to semi auto.
