Ok, I am primarily a woods baller, but I have to say, the mini looks terrific.
And there is no reason I need to cart around the big marker, right?

But here are my Qs.

1. I keep hearing people say that the tank unbalances the marker and that they are rtying to use as small a tank as possible.
Has anyone tried a remote line?

2. I saw 1200 per 68/4500 at 295 FPS as an unconfirmed efficiency rating.
Any confirmations?

1. Remote lines get tangled in games, and you can tangle yourself in a game too.

2. My friend has a Mini. Shooting 2 cases the whole day, he only refilled once. It was brand new when he used it. So yes, 1200 after being broken in is a good estimate.

Thank you, I appreciate your viewpiont. As a longtime remote user I have never personally had a remote line tangle. I have seen a few issues like that so I can appreciate your comment. But this is sort of running off the point I was interested in.

Has anyone hooked a remote line up and seen what it does for balance?

Thank you for your response about the air.

It will feel close to what it does with out a tank on it. I feel that its easier to shoot with a tank on because it will be front heavy with a full loader. It balances out perfectily with a 45 45 stubby I think it was. I saw a pic of someone balancing it with 1 finger behind the rear grip on another forum. I would get a gas through stock if you really wanted a remote line.

My set up is an 07 Blue Invert Mini with a 12'' stiffi, eVlution 3 and a 68/4500 HP tank by pure energy. (Everything out the door: $775. Awesome deal considering I see no need for any type of upgrade). I primarily play woodsball and I found this to be the best gun I've used. The gun throws ropes of paint and is very quiet! It's light and super easy to stay tight in a bunker and quick shoot when necessary. Very well balanced and simple to use... I am probably going to go with 45/4500 HP tank (non-stubby version because that may be too short for my liking). It's just an overall great performing gun. I have an NXT Shocker and a fully upped Ion and the Mini is definately my favorite.

The Mini is usually compared with the PMR. I chose the Mini because of it's style, absence of macro line, simplicity, and the uniqueness that it holds. The most popular reason people go with the PMR that I've seen in forums is the insane speed; 30 BPS. I personally would never see any reason to shoot a gun that fast except for the "wow factor". Just my 2 cents.

Good advice my friend... I plan to do the same since I play woodsball mostly. The mini is fast enough for what I am going to use it for. Mini is do damn nice
