barrel question...

hey guys, im getting a new barrel, either a freak or a empire kit,

if i get a freak, should i get stainless? because i heard that it is water proof and wont rust... is this true? or do i jsut have to dry my barrel everytime i use it in the rain, cause i live in Vancouver Canada, and let me tell you, the climate here sucks, it just finished raining after 23 day of pure rain time! i mean ****, cmon weather, any ways please reply...

if you can get the stainless, not only due to weather but because they are tougher and wont dent as easy. (id dry my barrel after every game regardless however if yoru gonna spend this much on it you may as well

the empire kit is also very good however. you will fidn performance is pretty much teh same so which style do you prefer?

You should dry the barrel when not in use no matter what it's made of. And the reason to get SS over aluminum is cause it's stronger and less likely to dent.
