tonight on the internet i found one of the worst & sickest ideas for paintball ever. it was place in canada that recreated the columbine highschool shootings. they recreated the school& have players play as the killers,the swat team,and the students. its no way to promote the sport of paintball . there is already enough negative thoughts about paintball.

"To whom it may concern:

I just read about your "paintball experience" on a reputable paintball site (pbreview.com). At first I figured it was just a joke...I mean, who would sully paintball's image with something as horrific as the Columbine tragedy?

I'm praying that this website of yours is a joke still. If this is legit, can I ask something very simple? Why would you ruin the perception of the sport of paintball with something as horrific and sick as the Columbine shootings? Do you realize how evil that was, and how we should have nothing to do with such a scenario? I'd ask that you please, PLEASE reconsider associating paintball with the tragedy that occurred at Columbine. The sport of paintball has enough problems with how people perceive it, without trying to recreated a school massacre. That's just something we should NOT be play acting...

As a Canadian I find that this website is disgusting to say the least. That they have gone through the trouble to set this thing up is totally disturbing. I have never heard of this before but I hope and pray it is just some disturbed persons joke. But if this is true I am sad to see how this taints my country's image.

On a side note giblet I am also disturbed when you mentioned "...i know your Canadian in all and that explains a lot." What do you mean that it explains a lot; Columbine was a horrific event to any person not just Americans. Your words come out to say that we are merciless people; I personally take it as an insult.

also, they give "The young killers" (which is crazy and disgusting) black trench coats??? And they can train on Doom2 befor playin if they want??? thats fricken nasty.

I hate that site and i hope some1 from colorado or something sues them.

I specially do i had a cousin in that shooting and i bet he would be pissed off at that.

heres my letter to them...

I am nothing short of shocked... I cannot believe that you guys are sick enough to do somthing like this. Taking such a tragidy
where people died and practicaly making a mockery of it, is just wrong. I am a paintball player and I enjoy the sport very much,
and I'll be damned to see people like you take this sport and twist into somthing like this. Personaly I can't wait until the law suits
start to fly and you guys bite it. I'm sorry if I sound very rude but how rude do you think you guys are being to the families of the

i have nothing to say on this subject that hasn't already been expressed by my fellow posters. i please urge all people who live in the area around the field which is going to "relive the experience" to advise your fellow paintballers not to participate in this mockery of a devistating event. i have confidence in the paintball community and i hope that we all have more sense than to participate in this sick "game", if thats what you want to call it.

After looking at the site... And I just thought this over. Somone tell me if you think I'm wrong.

I think the site is fake. The images dont even match up with what is going on.

1st pic- All the kids have camo on that true, and they are all in a structure. But it looks more like one of those paintball assembleys church groups assemble? Doesn't it?

2nd Pic-
Doesnt match the terrain. Its more mud slicked and more of a humid swamp land (kinda). With all that mud and humidity. Wouldnt you think that it would track a hella ov alot of mud on the floors? This could have been pics before paintball also too.

Rest are a little obvious
-Last pic is to overboard. Guy with a silencer on the rented Phantom or Hammer? I dont know well, not familiar with pumps.

I'm guessing these are all just pics of a church group and the rest are random picks. And the E-mail address is an actual paintball place before the actual incident happend. And someone is trying to discriminate paintball from it?

Well... anyways If the manager e-mails me back saying its true, I'm gunna feel dumb writing all this.

Well just out of curoisty, I tried the adress given on the website in mapquest, does come up between two roads in what looks like a desolate place or so. It's a fakie website though IMO, for the same reasons stated eariler. No sane person with a child would go "enjoy" this place.

So email infinit.net, tell them what people have put on a website, and maybe they'll take it down.

Ok heres the deal in the ad at the bottom of the site the address is 475 Barklane in Thompson, ALBERTA, Canada while the other address in the blue background is 445 Barklane in Thompson, Manitiba, Canada.

Now Thompson, Alberta does not exist according to MapQuest

However Thompson, Manitoba does exist although map quest and myself couldn't find a 445 Barklane

Another thing, on the floor in the very top pic, it looks like "Columbine" is in Comic Sans MS and was edited on...just doesnt quite look right, and on the C the splotch of light isnt quite reflecting on it.

When I read about them saying it was a truck and not a plane.....i started to think. There wasnt any airplane debris I could see, and the impact wasnt deep...but I dont think the government would lie to us that much. I think it was a plane, but it hit the ground right before it hit the Pentagon (which i think they said on tv). The people of the former columbine paintball site need to stop all the noncence.

Alright, I get this one. Figure it out, the Columbine massacre took place in America. To make a mockery of Columbine is sick. It's also sick to say that Columbine was a result of the nationality of the perpetrators.

Last time they confused a few things and thought I advocated blowing people away, even though several forum members read it and did not get this at all and defended me. The thread was deleted anyway, and I recieved a nasty warning, which later turned into an apology after the mod took the time to read what I was actually saying. If they were in canada they could have done the same damage with a shot gun... I know that their might be less dmg to the school but i think everything else would be the same basicly.. BTW my point was they still could have done what they did

I have an AK47 and ive used it hunting once or twice. I know its probably illegal but i did it. Dont do it anymore.

Actually, no AK-47s were used in Columbine. There were four different guns invovled, two sawed of shotguns, a TEC-9 and one other one I can't remember. BTW, the Columbine thread is up in Off-Topic. So far no one's taken it down.

the reason there was no plane derbis near the Pentagon is because the plane was loaded with fuel. It was like a giant firebomb, and most of the remains got melted/burned.

Some people can be so ignorant and accuse the government of lying to us. Even if they DO lie to us, hell we've got our freemdom here in America like no other country's got. I can take lying in exchange for freedom any day.

And the thing about recreating Columbine bothers me... but it doesn't really sicken me. I guess I'm too de-sensitized to all the stupid ignorant stuff people do... :o

The discussion about whether it was a plain or a truck that hit the pentagon makes me angry. I live 15 miles away from the pentagon. I have many friends, including my uncle, who work in Arlington that saw the plane as it went into the building.

I can understand why someone who lives thousands of miles away from the actual site could become confused about what actually happened. But please, i live in the DC area, i went to the Pentagon myself and saw the damage. Do not listen to what these people say about 9/11 they just want to piss you off.
