i have a 2001 bruizer outlaw, can i get the gun to shoot more than 1 paintball at a time w/o cocking every shot?

No, no gun can. But your bruizer automatically recocks itself after every shot. Hence it is called a semi automatic. When you get a chance to use it, you'll see what I mean.
