Lasoya Board options

Hey, I just got my Lasoya Promaster in the mail. And I got the ASA and Macro set up, tuned in the reg, and it works great. However I printed out the Lasoya manuel from the ICD website to work with the board, but im completly dumbfounded. Im comming from a completly Mech A-5, and I know nothing about paintball electronics.

The one thing I really wanna know is, what are the default settings on the Promaster board. I wanna know this so I can spend sometime getting to know the board and set it up properly, but I wanna know the default settings so I know that im not doing something *** like playing on fullauto or something along the lines of that.

Yeah it's not that hard, coming from a mech 98 I understood the way to change stuff, but i was going from a 98 to a b2k but the boards use similar ways of changing modes ;)
