Invert Special Edition ?

I recently purchased a Invert Mini for my son.
It is Sliver with a black trigger and black feedneck.

The outside of the packing box has a tag with the following:

09-1 MINI SPECIAL 1
Invert Mini - Dust Silver
Special Edition

Uh,...what makes this one a special edition ?

It looks like all the other silver Minis' to me.

Anyone have any information ?

Silver is an LE run from what I know

Silver was a Limited edition, they were the first mini's made.

So would this mean it most likely has the 1.1 board?

My Son's Invert Mini has serial # 002315 with the 1.2 board.

Matter of fact, I was so impressed with the Invert Mini, I got one myself. Dust Silver, Serial # 001279. However it has the 1.1 board so I will be sending it off to Paintball Solutions,(NPS), for the 1.2 board up-grade and the service up-grade.

Hmmm i just bought a LE Silver mini how do i know what board it has???

Open the foregrip and remove the battery. Turn the gun at a slight angle so you can see the backside of the board (the side the battery was on) and then it should say either Optimus 1.1 or Optimus 1.2. You want 1.2.

If your gun has a higher serial number you should be fine. I recent purchased a red #000567 and it has the 1.2.

Check it anyway. Mine is 1269 and I've got a 1.1
