:nod: Creep is often just a matter of the reg seat seal being dirty, so a simple clean and re-lube is often all it takes to resolve the problem.

While you have the reg apart, checks for signs of damage to the reg seat and seat seal, as that can also lead to the reg creeping.

Other than that, just follow the article that Model98 linked you to, and it should see you alright.

o ok i think i get it now but one more thing(sorry for asking all things stupid ? that sound repetative**) where exactly is the piston and seal located, in box 1-2-3?(and yes i did that myself on art and its crappy i know but please help
