The Mini was working fine.
I bought a Smarts Part in-line on/off valve adaptor, installed same, set the reg at 200 psi, first shot fine, second third and fourth, gauge ran low, extreme shootdown psi dropped to 0 then went back to 200 psi.
I brought the Mini inside to check it out, removed the Smarts Part in-line, screwed in the air, bolt shot forward, and hissed and stuttered. Removed air, changed battery, removed bolt assy, lubed re-installed same, put air back on the Mini, again, bolt slams forward hissing and stuttering.
Summary: apply air, bolt slams forward, (psi adjustment screw is allready backed out) little or no reading on psi gauge or it spikes to over 200psi.
Anyone with suggestions ?

replace the battery with a new one. Cycle the noid 50 times. Make sure the poppit it seated forward. You will get better responses on the board you first posted on as far as the mini goes;)

I replaced the battery twice, checked with multi-meter both times, battery was good.
Cycled the solenoid 50 times plus, no results, still doing the same.
I e-mailed Paintball Solutions, I'm waiting for their reply with a return authorization number.
4x4le,
thanks for your kind suggestions.

humm, thats wierd. Ok, now check every oring on the bolt guide and that it has lube on it. Also check to make sure the noid is plugged in and screwed in all the way. It is probable plugged in since you say it has been cycled but if it isnt screwed in all the way to the body, it could allow it to leak. Another major think is defenatially the poppit. Remove the velosity adjuster and push the poppit all the way forward. If that all fails, I would almost bet the noid is either bad or it is sticking for some reason.

4x4le,..
I got my two Minis back today, (mine went in for the board and service up-grade)
The problem with my son's Mini was the regulator/asa was drastically out of adjustment. (or so they say)
Anyway, both markers are fixed and ready to shoot.
(BTW), they were test fired at the repair center to verify proper function, and both were noted to shoot extermely well.
We shall see,...
4x4le,...again thanks for your earlier help.
