It's a great marker and will work fine for both woods and speed. I would also look at the Invert Mini. You should look at the reviews though for more detail.

I'd look into the Mini, Fusion, PMR, or Intimidator.

Pretty solid marker for the price. JChan also gives you some other options to look into. If efficiency is a concern then look at the Ram Poppet designs. If not, open up the search and try out a few others.
