That was a sprite commercial.

The Vault commercial was funny. People will whine because it portrays paintball in a bad light, but comedy is comedy to me. I had a laugh.

oooh the vault "camp paintball" one, i like how the throw the squirl but the guys are lifting up there masks and such even tho the tipperguys didnt even seem to be fire and all the splats seemd to be fake or w\e

It reminds me of the first time my two friends were playing paintball. They were just running through the woods shooting at each other, not even bothering to hide or anything.

Well.. uh... iuno. They could drink the Vualt while they are at the waiting area or something. Or, lifted a real mask to drink some vualt, which is still a bad thing to do... but yeah.

as for the commercial itself, i got a good laugh out of it.
i've come to accept that the general public wont look at paintball any differently than they already see it as, no matter how you represent it on tv.

I thought it was pretty funny, even though it wasn't trying to be realistic at all since a guy threw a squirrel, another guy did a backflip running up a wall, people were wearing ski goggles, and people lifted their masks up in the middle of their "game" or however you want to call it.

I would like to point out to all those that say that this commericial put paintball in a bad light that EVERYONE who is on the recievinbg end of the paint has their mask on CORRECTLY. The shooter, who is wearing ski goggles, is never shot at and therefore not in any REAL danger. The other players only left their mask AFTER the 'game' is over. Other than that, I laugh every time I see that commericial. I think it is hilarious. I have no opinion on how Vault taste, I just wonder about the person(Ill_Captain) who compared it to a donkeys rectum; personal experience?? :eyes:

Vault isn't as bad as Red Bull. Red Bull has a weird aftertaste, leaving me flustered. I wonder if by wiiings they mean waking you up by putting something that tastes horrific in your mouth.

It did kind of portray paintball in a bad light. The players in the commericial weren't practicing proper safety. It's just bad publicity for the sport, as there are lots of ignorant people and they say bad things about our sport. They say it's not safe and violent etc. This just helps prove their cause in their eyes for all they know that's how paintball is always really played.

I like the commercial. Screw proper safety, people aren't THAT stupid (and I'm a firm proponent of natural selection in most cases as it is). It's hilarious.

The commercial was funny, but I think it is better that they had the guy wear ski goggles so he could drink the Vault (of which I have no comment on taste as i have never had it, or any other kind of energy drink) was probably better than having him wear a normal mask and lift it up to drink.
