Im looking to get a pump. Its either going to be a Phantom or a Palmer, if I get a Palmer I understand the Houndstooth or Super Stalker is the way to go. Which one is "t3h bettAr" and why?

I would say the Tooth or Pug. But the Super Stocker is pretty nice. Either way, neither is better than the other, they're Palmers, they're all great. It really depends on how you want it sent up. Do you want strictly Stock Class of would you like the ability to 'upgrade' to a larger CO2 tank and hopper?

Id like to stay away from the 12g carts, and stock with a 9 or 12 oz bottle if I can. Does that narrow it down a bit?

Back bottle Tooth. Choice of feed would be up to you. I believe Center Feed is 45 or 75 more.

whats the difference between L/R/ and center feed? I mean I know the difference but is there an advantage?

Not really. It's a pump so it really wouldn't matter which feed you get. Center feed is pretty self explainitory, L/H feed would be great if you play out the right side of bunkers, less of a target and R/H feed would be just the opposite side.

for a bottle, I'd prefer a Superstocker with a vert reg and the bottle mounted in the normal position. I ran my SS on 12g only though

i say phantoms, but then again ive never even seen a PPS marker in real life, just the net, so i cant say. However, a bottomline phantom with a 9 oz and r/l/c feed or even stock class feed will perform feel and look great. and itll be cheaper than the pps gunz. hope i helped

I have a SS that works great with a vertical 13ci HPA tank. It has a Phantom style feed adapter that I LOVE.

If you don't want stock class, the Houndstooth is a great choice, too.
