These are all very nice markers. The Fusion and Mini have been out only for a short time and have proven to be very nice markers. The Rail I have also heard to been very nice. But out of all these i would say the Mini would be your best bet. Why???
1. It looks sweet.
2. It's very light
3. it's very compact
4. Capped at 20bps (Thats fast enough for anyone)
5. I've never heard anything bad about it.

Try getting a feel for each gun and then go from there. You're going to get pretty similar performance out of all three, so choose the one that fits you best.

When it comes to markers that are similar with electronics, it comes down to spoolie, poppet or FASOR. Light or lighter? Feel? Etc.
Basically, PREFERENCE FTW.
Head to a shop, hold each one, and try and get some paint through it.

Pure personal preference. But imo i'd take a look at the timmys on firstcallpaintball.com they're the best in the that price range.

rail then fusion then mini
rail because its dye BEST MOST CONSISTENT REG COMES STOCK!! barrel not that bad from what ive heard. the stock trigger frame is lighter than the UL supposedly and the feedneck is actually metal but with the composite rubber collar. I saw a video of a guy holding his rail with tank and hopper attached by his hopper and shaking it to prove the strength.
fusion i just picked before the mini because of the bigger trigger guard stock clamping feedneck and from what ive heard decent reg.
mini- too many problems for me from what ive heard, no asa upgrade, too tight for my comfortablitiy. i hear problems of peoples tanks hitting there chins and masks its so tight.
i second that timmy motion if you can still get one from first call if not get a rail
PS I DONT OWN ANY OF THESE SO IT IS NON BIASED I DONT EVEN HAVE ANY MARKER FROM THESE BRANDS
i have a nerve from sp

Fusion, Mini, Rail
IMO, i dont really care for the rail's trigger (the rubber coatedness), but either of the other two i would definetely take. the only reason i put the fusion over mini is that im not a big fan of the mini's board, but i guess you'll be able to change that out at some point

as far as looks go though
ide have to put the fusion before the rail because the fusion has more of a autococker w.o a back block look going and i like that style

Fusion or Rail would be my choice out of those.

The mini easily has the best resale/trade value, is the smallest/lightest but maintenance may be a little difficult due to the intricate design and troubleshooting is tough when there aren't many people who have had personal experience with the marker. Upgrades aren't commonly available either.
The fusion is a solid marker but it is slightly large/heavy and the resale/trade value is the worst of the three. The gun isn't bad, but it isn't the greatest either. It shoots nice and smooth and it looks cool. Maintenance on this marker will be the easiest of the three. There are a few upgrades out for it.
The rail is a solid performer but the cheaper parts (trigger, feedneck and back cap) are a turnoff to people who play hard and expect their gun to withstand some abuse. They aren't the most efficient but they shoot like a Pm6, just with a little cheaper construction. It also has the most consistent stock regulator of the three. There are numerous upgrades/parts available for this marker.

Just wondering, why did you not include the epiphany in the list, just not interested in one? It was one of the new "$400 high ends".

maybe he thinks its an ion with a diff body kit? thats how i see it and maybe small changes but not at all worth the 400 like the rail fusion or mini
i would say though after u decide on wether or not you mind if its relatively new with not many people knowing a ton about it at ur field then it comes down to preference for those. i think the mini is too tight and im not even that big but some people like it or dont have a problem with a maddd tight gun i do though but as long as i dont have a rocket launcher sized marker its all good to me

An Ion with an upped frame, body, trigger, barrel, feedneck, on/off and grips would cost you $400 anyway.
